How do you get over a terrible hangover?

Went out for karaoke last night and got bought a few too many drinks, woke up this morning with the worst hangover. What can i do to feel better?

My advice is to never sober up….. just have another drink!

I heard drinking plenty of water….
Squeez some lemon into a glass of water and drink it. It should help.
take a couple tylenol or have a beer and lay down for a bit

Surprisingly the best way is to have another drink because your brain is withdrawing from the alcohol.
But the most logical thing to do is hydrate yourself. I know it may sound funny but the best thing to drink is children’s Pedialite. It has the nutrients and electrolytes to get you back up and going. They have different flavors and it just tastes like flavored water. You can get it in the baby isle where the formula is at.
Or just drink tons of water.
I’m not being silly about the Pedialite though. Just try it and see! Works every time.
I heard that vitamin C can help and along with water and rest!
drink lots of water, and take a warm shower, and a few advil. you dehydrated yourself with all the alchol, and water will help. the advil will help the headache, but eat something dry with it, like toast or yogurt. a warm shower will help loosen up your muscles, and relax.

I take a long shower. Hangover is basically your body being dehydrated beyond extent. Take a long shower, drink some gatorade, and if you still feel like crap take a nap. Another thing that’s an additive. Eat something that has bread involved. Sometimes food soaks up the alcohol left in your system.
