How do I do that you ask ? First make sure you are well hydrated and have something to eat before you start drinking. Hangovers seem to be caused by two things, caffiene and sugar. So try and stick to straight alcohol drinks or sugar free and non-caffinated mixers. I drink vodka martinis and am hang over free.....knock on wood. Secondly eat a meal first, drink water before drinking and a glass every other drink or so, then after you are done drinking also eat a banana after wards the water is because hangovers are caused by dehydration. Drink lots of water between drinks, before you go to sleep and when you wake up to keep things flowing outward. Peeing a lot is a good thing.
